Strong Engine Power
We optimize the power system and equip the truck with the engine with big displacement and high pulling torque in accordance with the characteristics of hauling operation in mining areas and building sites. The engine power is no less than 371 horsepower and the maximal engine power can reach 460 horsepower. It is equipped with pull-type diaphragm spring clutch and 9JSD180~9JSD240 transmission case. 25T~40T middle and rear driving axles boast wonderful power performance and grade ability.

Good Smoothness
It is equipped with a semi-floating one-side cab, double coil spring and double-barrel shock absorber, and adjustable driver's seat with oil gas spring. The entire truck has favorable smoothness and thus the driver can enjoy the comfortable driving experience.

Strong Supporting Capacity
It is equipped with the 12T~25T mining dump truck steering axle and 25T~40T cast steel double reduction mining dump truck driving axle. It boasts high tensile steel plate welded type semi-rigid box construction frame and reinforced integral stabilization suspension. It is equipped with 14.00~24, 14.00~25 and 16.00~25 engineering tires. which boasts super supporting capacity and stable and reliable application.

Selection of Equipment Structure
According to transportation characteristics of different materials, traditional square box, U-shape box and special purpose tail box could be selection selectively. As a patent product of our company, the U-shape box could lower gravity center and weight of the truck, improve the running stability, reduce consumption and save petroleum and improve the security.

High Tensile Steel Plate Welded Type car frame
The longitudinal and cross girders of the frame is the welded type semi-rigid box construction, so the strength and rigidity of the frame are extremely improved. The sectional dimension of the longitudinal girder reaches 450*130mm, thus boasting the stronger supporting capacity. The outer width of the frame is 1020~1140mm. The truck loading without the sub-frame could be realized to effectively lower height of gravitational center of the truck and ensure the stable running and lifting.

Wholly Welded Stabilizator Suspension
There are wholly welded stabilizator suspension and reinforced dismountable balancing shaft. There are four Φ30U-shaped bolts in each side and special self-locking nuts adopting the proprietary technology of the USA and thus boasting widened and reinforced leaf spring ensures the reliability and strengthens the smoothness.
