500-600 TPH Stone Crushing Process details

This production line is of crushing plant with capacity 500-600 tph. Jaw crusher PE1000*1200 with capacity 250-700 tph is used as primary crushing equipment. There are several other models for higher capacity jaw crusher. What`s more, you can also choose European Jaw Crusher. Secondary crushing equipment adopts two symons cone crushers CS 5 1/2 coarse or medium whose capacity is 258-635 tph. Two vibrating screens are installed after symons cone crushers.

There are also other design solutions for big capacity production line. Apart from jaw crusher, cone crusher, you can also use impact crusher and VSI crusher.
