200mw 589nm solid state single longitudinal yellow laser is  the optimal choice for optical instrument, spectrum analysis, interference,  etc. It is 589±1nm and can output power range from 1mW to 200mw. Besides, it has short warm-up time at less than 10 minutes. With long life time for  at least 10000 hours, the power stability  can achineve from 1% to 5% optional. The beam diameter at the aperture is nearly 2.5mm. And the beam divergence is nearly 1.2 mrad. The noise of amplitude is 0.5% and 1% optional.
