Adjustable CZ purlin roll forming machine

We are the manufaturer for cold roll forming machine equipment in North of China, one of the model type we do is the C purlin machine. In the modern time, the steel structure is an essential production for the construction. The CZ purlin is mainly used as the beam or the structure frame for workshop or buildings. 

The standard size of C purlin is from 80mm to 300mm and Z purlin is 100-300mm, the material thcikness can be 1.5-3mm. As the usage, the customer can choose if punching holes or not on the product.

The C Z purlin machine we can provide two design concepts, as the sizes are adjustable on one machine.  So we provide the first design concept is manual adjustment, and the second one is the automatic adjustment. 

The automatic adjustment machine is more convenient, the PLC control system have the command to change the size, just we setup the size as what we want produce on the screen, then start the machine. It will make the adjustment automatically, just some seconds will be done.

Also have some difference on C purlin machine is that the cutting system, we can adopt the unlimited cutter. It means one cutter can cut various size, the cutter can be adjustable accordingly. 

During working, the hydraulic cutting system is more important. So we provide customers the oil pump station with cooling system.  With the cooling system can support the machine working continueously even in high temperature.

Meanwhile, we will provide you some spare parts with the machine. The customer can replace the damage parts by himself once problem appeared.

The whole production line include the decoiler, main forming machine, cutting system, PLC control system and the product collect table.
