Working principle:

Suitable for coring and peeling pineapples. The pineapple can be peeled and coring through two processes by this machine, thus obtaining cylindrical pineapple meat. The machine consists of a front bearing base, a rear bearing base, a peeling knife holder, a core-passing cylinder, a peeling cylinder, a motor, a frame and other parts Composition. The motor drives the peeling cylinder directly through the belt pulley and rotates at high speed. The pneumatic cylinder drives the pusher and the core barrel back and forth. The pineapple is cut off at both ends by hand and then placed on the material shelf, which is adjustable in height; the pineapple is then pushed forward by the cylinder and the skin is cut by four sets of skinning knives and pushed into the high speed rotating peeling cylinder to remove the skin and the core of the pineapple is stabbed off by the core barrel inside the pusher to obtain a cylindrical pineapple pulp. If only the skin is to be peeled and not the core, the core can be removed.
