Dry Type Extruder Machine

This dry extruder is widely used in extruding of feed pellet,corn,soybean,rice,wheat,etc.Its main working principle is that mechanical energy is converted into heat energy, and the food is cooked by the heat generated when the machine rotates.
It has the following features:
1. Dry extrusion,no quenching system and boiler equipment,temperature can reach to 130~150°C.
2. It is especially suitable for popping corn fox, non-protein nitrogen (corn urea), feather powder and meat and bone meal for ruminants; it can also be used for detoxification treatment of rice bran fresh-keeping, puffed fish meal and cotton aphid.
3. The water content of the finished product is suitable for long-term storage, and can be packaged after cooling.
