Automatic vegetable grading machine 

Sorting machine:The sorting machine uses in the round or oval shape fruit and vegetable class dividing the rank reorganization according to the external dimensions size.

Our fruit size grading machine is applied to the round root vegetables or round shape fruits size selection, but not by weight.

The radial roller size grader is fitted with laterally spaced stainless-steel grading rollers. The gap between the rollers increases gradually over the different grading phases. Vegetable conveyor belt, one for each grading size, are placed under the machine.

As the distance between the rollers increases over the size points, the second roller lowers in position to ensure that the product is well positioned between the rollers. The speed of the vegetable sorting machine is adjustable by a frequency control unit, and the machine is equipped with a greasing system that ensure that the machine is always properly lubricated. 

Before the vegetable grading equipment, we usually suggest our client to use the vegetable washing machine and vegetable air drying machine or other vegetable drying equipment, so that after grading, client could pack directly. These machines combined a small vegetable processing line.
