The machine main body and the machine legs are freely separable when delivery the legs are disassembled and put on the table, which will reduce the machine's package size, then will save the shipping cost.

The bed is the backbone of a CNC router machine, our machine bed adapts 200*300mm thick wall steel square tube welded together, solid and not deformed. After high-temperature tempering treatment to ensure the best strength and rigidity side arranged structure, heavy column, 150*150mm gantry. precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine. The machine will be packed with wrapping film, EPE foam, and wooden case(composite material box/plywood case).

SESAME CNC Router's machine legs and machine bed can be separated freely, when machine shipping, we'll dismantle the machine legs, they can help you save more shipping fee.

Package Details:

1. Our Wooden Case is after fumigation treatment. Needn`t timber inspection, saving shipping time.
2. All the spare parts of the machine were covered by some soft materials, mainly using Pearl Wool. Avoiding all damages that could happen in the delivery process. Then we`ll cover plastic wrap out it tightly, make sure intact of the covered soft materials, also avoiding Waterproof and rustproof.
3. The outmost is Wooden Case With Fixed Formwork.
4. The bottom of the wooden case has a firm iron jack, convenient for handling and transport.

? The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of destination. 
? We are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, while it is preferred you send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge for our testing, after confirming damage, we will send back the alternative fittings to you. After the guarantee of a quality period, the parts required repairing or change, if any, shall be paid.
? When you meet some complicated problem and online-support cannot solve it, we can offer Door-Visiting Service. If our engineer to assemble or/and maintain or/and adjust the machine is/are required, we shall assist to deal with the visa formality and prepaid traveling expenses and accommodation to us during the business trip and the service period before their dispatch. And you can arrange for the translating person for the service engineer during their service period. Or you can send your engineer to China. We will offer long-term technical training to him for free.
