? ?????????????????????????????????????????????? Condenser rubber ball cleaning device ? As cooling water is circulated through condenser or heat exchanger tubes it can leave behind silt, sand, mud, soluble elements (calcium carbonate, calcium silicate, magnesium chloride, etc.) or bacteria. When these substances settle or crystallize in the condenser tubes, they cause scaling or tube-fouling which lowers turbine, condenser and heat exchanger efficiency. As efficiency in condensers and heat exchangers decreases, the thermal cycle is directly impacted, causing an increase in heat rate. In some cases, tube micro-fouling can cause condenser tube corrosion, pitting and failure. This can lead to contamination of the circulating de-mineralized water by the intake water used for cooling, ultimately resulting in boiler and turbine damage. ? The automatic tube cleaning system is usually installed as an integral part of the condenser. The system cleans the condenser tubes by circulating a number of soft sponge balls through the tubes at pre-set time interval. Since the balls are soft and light in nature, they will not cause any damage to the condenser tube surface and can be carried easily through the tubes by the flowing of water. Before the emergence of continuous condenser tube cleaning technology, systems would be either chemically cleaned or they would have to be taken off-line for manual maintenance and cleaning. Chemical cleaning is hazardous for workers and extremely detrimental to the environment. The down time associated with manual condenser cleaning halts production and de-rates power plant output, translating into lost profits for power plants. ? Condenser Tube Cleaning Device Condenser and Concrete tube scaling is one of the most underestimated problems in the industry. It results in decrease of productivity and efficiency of the plant. We handle the two major methods used to fight the scaling. We provide online Condenser Tube Cleaning Systems (CTCS) along with Condenser Cleaning Sponge Balls made from Food Grade-A natural rubber to clean out the scaling. Furthermore, we also provide Offline Bullet Cleaning with our own skilled labor, machines and bronze bullets which can be performed during overhaul and shutdown. Working Principle ? 1. Inject: When the sponge rubber ball enter into the injector, close the electric valve 3,4, and open the electric valve 1,2 . Start pump 1(injector pump) once the valve is opened to the maximum position, the flow switches will have signal, the pump 1 continues to run, sponge rubber ball will follow the flow and enter into the condenser inlet, under water pressure, ball will squeeze tubes, clean inner wall, after coming from the heat exchange tubes, enter into collector. Cooling water system piping loop continues, thus, a working cycle end. ? 2. Collect: close electric valve 1,2, stop the pump 1 (injector pump), open the electric valve 3 and 4, when the valve open to the maximum position,start pump 2 (collector pump), flow switches will have signal, pump 2 continue to operate, sponge rubber ball will follow the flow and enter into the injector, ball was stopped by the network, the water back to the cooling water system piping.After all the rubber ball enter into collector, electric valve 3,4 will close, stop the pump 2 (collector pump), thus, a ball collecting process end ? ? ?Cleaning?frequency?is setted by Siemens?PLC?intelligent control?box to realize automatic?on-line?cleaning and keep the internal wall of condenser be clean,which will also realize the highest heat exchange efficiency and highest cooling effect on cooling water machine. ? ?
