Pile Pulling Strength
This is to test the strength needed to pull the pile out of carpet.
Surface peeling off test
The strength to peel off the carpet surface is one of crucial data for quality
Color fastness test
After a period of non-stop rubbing with white cloth, almost no color loss.
Light fastness test
The test equipment generate hard light and heat to simulate the aging process.
Fire resistant test
Fire test conducted not only before mass production, we will also choose test sample randomly from finished product.
TVOC Test
Total volatile organic compound (TVOC) is the test to measure the volatilization of 20 chemical compounds. All these compounds need to be under certain level to ensure the carpet is safe and eco-friendly.
Packing details
1. Do you have stock for every design in the catalog?
Every year we prepared around 1000 sqm stock for most of our carpet tile designs. If the quantity is not enough for your order, it usually takes about 11 to 15 days to restock. For printed and axminster carpet, there is no stock prepared.
2. Can you make the carpet with my own design or the sample we provided?
We are good at customization. We may take a little longer time to analyse your sample or make the test sample, this will ensure the carpet we make is exactly you need. If you like the design from our catalog but need higher or lower pile weight, it also can be customized.
3. How long is the lead time?
So far our largest single order is 30000 sqm and it took 28 days to finish the production. Most of the time we used to prepare the yarn. For the order around 2000 sqm, our lead time usually is 10 to 12 days.
