1. Customer to send the enquiry with brief/detailed requirements.

2. CHL to provide the professional quotation with details to customers based on customer's request.

3. Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, payment terms and etc.

4. CHL to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose.

5. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to CHL.

6. CHL to produce the pre-production sample as per customer’s specific requirements.

7. CHL to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples for approval.
