PDC Drill Bit is mainly used to drill oil well,gas well,water well,etc.
We design and product specifie PDC Bit with good performance for each soft,medium and hard formation.
?Clay stone/lignite/siltstone/sands:we design 3-5 blades with low density cutter placement,large slot.Low cost,high speed.
?Mudstone :we have experience to design suitable blades shape and cutterdirection to get high drill speed and stalbe drill.
?Grave/limestone/shale/clay/stone/tuff:round crown and reasonable cutter direction.Drill smoothly in good speed.

The 8 1/2 -in. GSD1635TZ bit had no damage on the inside cutting structure and only a few worn cutters in the outer row.
The operator was extremely pleased by the success of the operation and plans to use the bit for another wells and promote the bit in the block.
