Product Description
There are several types of veneer drying machine, mesh type veneer dryer, roller type veneer roller dryer, hot press type veneer dryer machine and some other core veneer dryer machine. Among them, the veneer roller dryer is the most efficient drying methods. Shine veneer roller jet dryers are heated by the biomass burner/waste wood fired air heater which can use all kinds of waste wood as fuel directly. The wood veneer drying machine runs without a steam boiler or thermal oil heater. Wood veneer dryer machine eliminates heat loss by directly heating air instead of indirect heating of oil or water. The composite drying cost can be as low as $6-$12 per cubic meter.
The biomass burner is the exclusive patent invented by Shine Machinery in China. It can burn all kinds of waste wood directly to reduce the fuel cost to the most. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low fuel consumption and energy saving. Compared to steam boiler or heat conduction oil boiler dryer, the drying cost of the biomass burner is the lowest. Both the steam type and the heat conduction oil type dryer need customers to provide heat sources and boilers, not only the steam boiler and heat conduction oil boiler cost are much higher than our biomass burner, but also the fuel cost of steam and heat conduction oil are much higher than waste wood.
