The Automatic Egg Washing Drying Sterilizing Candling Breaking Line can be automatically feeding eggs, brush washing, air blow drying, ultraviolet radiation sterilization, candling(optional) and breaking(or with separating egg yolk and white) eggs, the whole line is made of 304 stainless steel, meet food hygiene standards and durable use.
The capacity is 2700~18000eggs/h as required, also can be customized if any special requirements for any parts.

Working Process

1. Water tank feeding eggs part

Pour bulk eggs into the water tank, the eggs can be lifted automatically to the next step.

2. Brush washing eggs part

Eggs being cleaned by brushes automatically.

3. Drying part(Sterilizing optional)

Eggs being dried by blower after being washed.

4.Candling part

Eggs being candled, and can pick up bad eggs easily.

5.Egg Breaking Separating part

Eggs being break or with separating yolk&white together as required

6. Optional Collecting table(if no need breaking).

If you need collect eggs after drying, then can connect the tables instead of egg breaking machine.
