Features and application:

1) This is the Two stage Pelletier, Double-ranks Recycling and Granulating Machine, it is good to recycle the waste plastic PP PE.ABS.....

2) We use force feeding, as the screw can exclude gas and steam. After plasticization and extrusion, the particles can have high density, nice surface, high output, stable extrusion. Customers can certainly adopt which feeder they like. 

3) This granulator is with Water-ring Cutting, the output is round granules, there is also the other kind, with the output cylinder granules.

4) Production capacity: 100-500kg/h.

5) These machines are for different customers to choose. And we could also design special granulator line according to the customers' request.
