This MBS Horizontal fireproof glass line is an efficient, compact and reliable solution for fireproof glass manufacturers worldwide. It is a fully automatic production line integrated with washing, spacer applying, assembling, heating and pressing process, especially for producers who making high-performance fireproof glass.

Our Advantages

PLC control system with touch screen interface
Automatic positioning system for glass
The washing parts are welded with galvanized profiles, with electrostatic spraying on the surface, equipped with frequency converter to controls brush rotation to protect Low-E glass, the parts in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel andanti-corrosion materials.

The automated Spacer Applicator Machine load the glass pane and applicate the fireproof spacers automatically and accurately. The spacers applicated in same position and well-distributed in finished double or triple glazing glass.
Horizontal glass conveyer adopts synchronous transmission system to make sure the glass covarying stably and safely.
The hot press adopts Infrared radiation heating system with 5 pairs of pressure rollers provide gradually pressing to ensure uniformand smooth contract pressure.
