Certain types of chemicals can cause chemical corrosion, such as corrosive oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), aromatic hydrocarbons (xylene), and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer is non-hygroscopic and has good water vapor resistance and can be used for packaging purposes. It has good chemical stability and is resistant to most acids, alkalis, organic solutions and hot water. Good electrical insulation. HDPE board (high density polyethylene board) has a melting point of about 130 ° C and a relative density of 0.96 g / cm 3 . It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, high rigidity and toughness, and good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties and environmental stress crack resistance are also good. The melting temperature is 220 to 260 °C. For materials with larger molecules, it is recommended that the melting temperature be in the range of 200 to 250 °C.

HDPE 300 Sheet Application:

High-density polyethylene rods are suitable for making general mechanical parts for wear-resistant food machinery parts and wear-resistant mechanical parts. Common acid and alkali organic solvents have little effect on it and can be used in food machinery parts.
