The production line is newly designed by Hongyang Machinery, which has the fast capacity, perfect for high class B1 FR aluminum composite panel, and low power consumption.
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
This is new advanced twin screw extruder for aluminum composite panel production line, it has good output extrusion capacity for both?polyethylene and B1 mineral materials, also the power consumption low. The line speed can be max 3.5m/min for B1 FR ACP.
Parallel Twin Screw Extruder
This is new advanced twin screw extruder for aluminum composite panel production line, it has perfect output extrusion capacity.?The line speed can be max 7m/min for B1 FR ACP.
90° Three Roller Calendar Type
This type design is good for different kinds quality of?polyethylene, also good for thinner aluminum (0.03mm), signage panel, high glossy panel, etc.
45° Three Roller Calendar Type
This type design is good for good quality of?polyethylene, also good for interior and exterior panel, etc.
Two Roller Calendar Type
This type design is good for good quality of?polyethylene, good for thick panel and B1 FR panel, steel composite panel, stainless steel composite panel, etc.

Stablely Unwinding System
With Hongyang Machinery's double head moveable hydraulic?collapsible chunk uncoiler, the aluminum can be stablely unwinding, to make the composite tension very steadily. It can make sure the composite panel surface very flat.
