Principle:
The raw material liquid is pumped in by a diaphragm pump. The raw material liquid is atomized into tiny droplets, which then gather with hot air and fall. Most of the powdery materials are collected from the bottom outlet of the main tower. For fine powders, they are continuously collected by a cyclone separator and a bag filter or a water washer, but this depends on the nature of the materials. For the pressure spray dryer, its simple system is as follows:

1.?The air intake system is composed of an air filter (such as a primary filter, a sub-high efficiency filter, a high efficiency filter), an air heater (such as an electric heater, a steam radiator, a gas generator, etc.), an induced draft fan and the corresponding air intake duct.

2.?The liquid conveying system is composed of a metering pump or a screw pump, a material mixing tank and related pipelines.

3.?The atomization system: a variable frequency pressurized pump.

4.?The main tower is composed of a conical section, a straight section, an air hammer, a lighting device, a manhole, etc.

5.?The material collection system is composed of a cyclone separator, a bag filter or a wiper, and this part is equipped according to the customer's needs.

6.?The air exhaust system is composed of an induced draft fan, an air exhaust pipeline, a post-filter or a high efficiency filter. (The selected filter is determined according to the customer's requirements.)

The drying tower body, the pipelines in contact with the materials, and the unit partitions are all made of AISISUS304 or AISISUS304L or AISISUS316L or AISISUS316. There is an adequate insulation layer between the inner and outer shells of the drying tower, and the filling material is fine glass wool. The tower body is also equipped with an observation door, a sight glass, a light box and control instruments, which are controlled and displayed through an electrical control panel.
