2. Equipment composition

This machine is used for casting strips and alloys of copper. Two strands of cast strip can be produced at the same time. It consists of melting furnace, holding furnace, crystallizer, water cooling system, withdrawal system, coilers, hydraulic system and electric control system.

3. Feature

There are two configurations for the furnace design, and the choice depends on the materials to be produced. Both furnaces adopt jet flow type inductors. The melting-holding combined furnace can reduce heat loss, energy consumption and improve the product quality. Separate furnaces are connected by launders.
