The 0-5mm raw material is fed into a closed belt conveyor via a 400-type elevator, then enters an impact crusher for shaping and sand making. Next, it goes to a vibrating screen for particle size control. The undersize material enters a closed-circuit powder selection system (first through a static classifier, then a dynamic classifier), while the oversize material is returned via an elevator to the sand making machine for reprocessing.
