Working principle of linear vibrating screen

It is made up of inlet and outlet port,  lid, screen box, spring buffer, base, two  horizontal vibration motor screen frame and other parts.

 Linear vibrating screen uses double vibrating motors as power source,the exciting force will be generate when the two motors rotate synchronously and reversely. The exciting force drives  the screen box to vibrate. Due to vibration, the materials on the screen mesh will move forward in a straight and saltatory movement and achieve the objective that grades or filter different kinds of materials. The operation is safe and convenient for the operator.
