Product Description LPM2000 Lab pulling machine
Features:
The pulling machine has been designed by SHINWEI TECH for the aeration of?many different types of confectionery masses such as hard candy, toffee and?chewy sweets.
It consists of a geared motor, which drives the two rotating pulling arms around?a third fixed arm. All internal moving parts are housed in a fixed stainless steel?cover, and a clear unbreakable panel covers the product contact area. This?clear panel is hinged to allow access to the product area, and is fitted with?guard switches to prevent the operator from movement hazards whilst the
machine is in motion. The machine cannot be operated when the guard is in?the raised position.
The pulling arms are lined with TEFLON materials to prevent the product from?sticking to them and to make cleaning easy. The arms can be rotated in either?clockwise or anti-clockwise directions. Speed of the arms is controlled by?optional frequency inverter, and is variable between 10 and 70rpm. Both the?speed of rotation and direction can be adjusted whilst the machine is running.
