The medium-duty dyeing machine is a new type of electric heating sample machine designed by our company according to the market demand. It has low bath ratio and low power consumption. This series of sample dyeing machine is designed to produce small batches of fabric to ensure dyeing effect and quality. It can directly use the dyeing process of normal production. There are four specifications in this series: 5 kg, 30 kg, 50 kg and 100 kg.

Product technical characteristics

1. Suitable for dyeing fabrics: pure cotton, polyester/cotton blend, polyester, acrylic, nylon, ramie, viscose rayon, cotton/blend.

2. The body and all parts in contact with the dyeing liquid are made of high corrosion resistant stainless steel;

3. The lifting roller is driven by the motor controlled by the inverter to reduce the slip between the fabric running and the lifting roller to a lower level, ensuring that the roller and the fabric are close to synchronous operation.
