The modular ablution unit is designed for economic camp solution, several bedrooms to share the public toilet,

bathroom or combined ablution, each 20` prefabricated module can contain 5 toilet / shower block, several wash basin

and relevant facilities, aluminum checker flooring is a good option for water proof propose.

R&D

CIMC-TLC owns province certified R&D center, equipped with more than 160 engineers, and focus on standard product improvement and new product customized design.

Our engineering team is consist of professional structural, electrical, plumbing, material, 3D design and quality verification technicians, to finalize multiple drawings, specifications,  data sheets, calculations, 3D pictures etc.

 

Production

CIMC-TLC has full sets self-contained production lines: raw material treatment, parts cutting, punching and welding, general assembly, painting, decoration(for modular units),  with 3 production plants, total construction area more than 90,000 m2, annual capacity: 10,000 special containers / 20,000 modular units.

Quality Control
