Description:

According to the processing features and requirement of box beam, the cover plates
of 4 sides must be connected tightly with the internal reinforcing plates to avoid
the out-flowing of slag liquid when doing electro-slag welding. At same time
the internal reinforcing plates inside the whole piece of box beam are discontinuousness, so our company developed this movable gantry type box-beam assembling machine. This machine is the important equipment for the box-beam production, mainly used in the assembling of box-beam.

Specifications:

a. Structure principle

This equipment is special used on the box beam line. It is composed of support part, overturn table, positioning plate, pneumatic press part, overturn motor reducer, gas circuit and control system.

The overturn table can turn through bear basement line, which makes the work-piece have suitable welding position and angle.

Positioning plate can position different size of baffle plate. After positioning, the work-piece will be clamp by four group pneumatic press part.

Gas circuit system is composed pneumatic three-joint part, electromagnetic and pipe circuit. Supply the power and direction control for pneumatic press part.

There have control panel on the control box, it can control the forward/ backward turn of overturn table and the press/ loose action for pneumatic press part.

Overturn motor is braking motor, it can stop when power off. Overturning control adopt foot switch.
