1.What is your material being used of your product?
Our material mainly includes wooden and steel. Wooden material includes Solid Wood and wood-based panel. wood-based panel includes Medium Density Fiber Board,Partical board, block board &?plywood. Steel material includes stainless steel and?
carbon steel. Other material like acrylic and tempered glass also provided.

2.What is the surface treatment of your product?
For the wooden material, the surface is made of melamine, fireproof panel and painted solid wood bark. For the steel material, we supply galvanized, chrome coating and powder coated.

3.What is your packing detail?
Knock down packing ususally, or according to your requirement. Each part is packed with PE foam inside &?professional corner protection. Outside with double strong 5?layer carton box. Outside the carton box with the customers' logo and description, inside instruction manual easy for assemble.Glass parts are packed by wooden frame to avoid fragile.

4.?I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?
Yes, we can do as your customized design, no matter how small or big qty. However, pls understand
the cost will be different.

5.?I'm not sure about your product, can you send me sample for reference?
Our standard product samples are free of charge except for the freight fee.
