Dried strong solid wood frame sofa structure

BS5852 fire-retardant foam for Britian or  CA117 fire retardant foam for America is avaliable. 

It is more comfortable to use thick spring under the high density foam. 

Workshop: 

We have standard fatory with ISO standard certification. From Cutting to uphostering, from wood frame making to foam sticking, 

we have QC for each production step. 

Material: 

We use polished and dried solid wood for the frame of the sofa. All fabric sofa is washable and choose  high qaulity and Genuine leather. 

Packing: 

Normally we use bubble bag to pack at first, then use carboard to protect corner part which is easy to broke, then use woven bag to 

pack it. If customer request, we can also pack with solid wood outside to make it more strong. But for some countries, for example, 

Russia and Canada, it need to do fumigation for solide wood.
