Basic Info
Product description
The toothed three-cone rotary drill bit is a three-cone rotary drilling tool with tungsten cobalt alloy teeth (referred to as
"toothed teeth") as the rock-breaking unit. It is mainly used in hard rock layer drilling scenarios such as oil drilling and
geological exploration. Its core advantage lies in achieving a "shearing + crushing" compound rock-breaking effect through
super-hard alloy teeth embedded in the tooth wheel, which extends the service life by 3 to 5 times compared to traditional
steel-toothed drill bits.
Structural features
Three-wheel system:
Three conical toothed wheels, symmetrically distributed at 120°, achieve synchronous self-rotation and revolution through a
bearing system, ensuring uniform distribution of drilling pressure
Tooth setting technology:
Tooth type: A combination layout of wedge-shaped teeth, conical teeth and spherical teeth
Material:
YG8/YG11C tungsten-cobalt alloy, with a hardness of over HRA90
Inlaying technique:
Double fixation with vacuum brazing and interference fit
Auxiliary system:
High-pressure mud nozzles (3-6 units) are used for rock cuttings cleaning
The sealed bearing structure (metal/rubber seal) ensures the lubrication system.

Other products
In addition to geological mining drill bits, we also produce tubing & casing couplings, short sections and oil drill pipes, which enjoy high sales and a good reputation in overseas markets!
