Crushing Workshop

Separation Section

??Magnetic Separation: Permanent drum separators (0.1-0.3T) for magnetite iron ore purification, magnetic minerals adsorbed on the cylinder surface.

??Flotation Separation: Mechanical/aerated flotation machines for copper/lead/zinc sulfide ores, controlled by reagent addition to maximize mineral recovery.

??Gravity Separation: Jig machines for coarse gold recovery; Knelson centrifuges (80-150G) for fine gold enrichment under high centrifugal force.

Dehydration

??Concentration: Large-diameter deep cone thickeners (10-30m) to condense pulp to 60-70% density.

??Filtration: Vacuum/pressure filters to reduce concentrate moisture to ≤15%, meeting storage and transport specifications (e.g., copper concentrate moisture ≤12%).

Tailings Treatment

??Dry Discharge: Pressure filtration technology to lower tailings moisture to <15%, eliminating slurry runoff and reducing environmental risk.

??Backfilling: Paste tailings systems for underground gof filling, promoting resource circularity and zero-discharge mining.
