Product description
The extruder screw of masterbatch granulating line adopts the building block principle to design and manufacture. According to the requirements of material processing system and technical formula, the length-diameter ratio, barrel structure, screw arrangement, screen changer structure, exhausting quantity and place, feeding method and electric control ,all these can be optimized and reasonable configuration. Realization of multifunction and multipurpose to adapt to processing polymer materials, and making full use of limited space to design the up-to-date type involute spline of mandrel, ensure the maximum bearing capacity and realize the high torque transmission. Using the computer aided design of screw element is mesh conjugated type. It has excellent self-cleaning function and good compatibility.

By means of the replaceable screw barrel sections, theprocessing sections is devided into individual zones. The barrels are heated electrically. In addition, the barrels are provided with longitudinal bores for cooling with water. Uniform temperature distribution, namely on the circumference of the eightshaped barrel bore, is achieved by a reverse forceflow temperature
control circuit. Connections of pipes for temperature control are
in groove-tongue design to balance alternating thermal stress and avoid leakage.
