PP Cooling Masterbatch

The PP cooling Masterbatch is made of PP carrier and chemical additives. It could effectly reduce the PP material production temperatures about 20-30 c degrees, make the plastic process more easier and simpler. By adding 1-3% of the PP Cooling Masterbatch during the production, it  could save a lot of electricity energy, reduce the production cost, and improve the end-products qualities, such as PP blowing film, textile bags,injection and pipe so on. The PP Cooling Masterbatch could improve the melting flux index a lot  of the PP material, and improve its anti-statics plasticity

Appearance: 3mm * 3 mm transparent cylinder or round,  PP carrier + additives
