FOUR-FUNCTION Automatic Bag Making Machine ? The machine is computer equipped with a pnuematic hydraulic control systerm(with servo motor,touch screen).The lonitudinal dimension is continuously sealed by heated wire,which can be adjusted after top folding.A low friction top folding device for a single or twin sided fold through a systerm of fiolding rillers with guide plates is fitted.At the rear ,there is one unwind station for the ployethylene handle film.The film has a width idential to the loop length.The film is cut into narrow strips and fed into the top fold.The flexible film feeding systerm is driven by pneumatic control .The roll of the film is fed,cut and welded automaticlly and is precisely positioned to the center of the carrier bag.The size of the bag is easilly changed with no limit.This series of the machine uses Erwin Sick photocells for precise control of print image to the side weld ,it is suitable for PP,OPP,HDPE,POF material etc..
