What is tris?
1) The final products using this flame retardant will be no frost and whity.
2) Low additive so save the cost. It can be added directly in LDPE, reduce the process stage so save cost.
3) It meet the standard RoHS, no powder and no pollution.
4) Good heat stability and suitable for process in high temperature (≥200°C).
5) The density for final products is ≤1.0, the density for Br flame retardant is about 1.3.
6) Good physical performance and stay the same physical performance as resin (consistency with resin).

Function of tris
1) Used as flame retardant ,used in PU foam etc.
2) TCPP is mainly applied to soft (hard) PU foam, epoxy resin, polystyrene, acrylic acid,cellulose acetate, ethyl cellulose resin, bakelite, polyvinyl acetate, and foam gap filler, especially for thermal conduction of hard PU foam and stability of hydrolyze, as well as for the synthetic PU foam and saturation resin and bakelite with low viscosity under low temperature.
3) Applying as Flame Retardant in the production of acetate fiber, polyvinyl-chloride, PU foams, EVA, phenolics materials. Except the flame retarding, it can also promote the moisture resisting, low temperature resisting, the capability of antistatic and the softness of the materials..

Application of tris
It is mainly used in treatment of fillers in resins, also as thixotropic agent for epoxy and polyester resin. It is suitable to most of polymers including polythene, polypropylene, polystyrene, PVC, acrylic, alkyd resin, melamine resin, polyester and rubbers ect. It can be applied to most of dry inorganic fillers, such as calcium carbonate, talcum power, kaolin,, wollastonite, glass fiber, silica, titanium dioxide, etc, especially in effect for carbon black. It has a decomposition temperature of 290°C, so it can be used in products for high temperature application.
