Vibrating screens have several functions in the stone production plant, among which the most important one the stone classification, dividing the stones of different scales. For instance, assuming we need the stones of 10-20 mm, the ones of 20-30 mm and the ones of 30-40 mm respectively, we’d better choose four layers, from the top down, which are the layer with loopholes of 40mm, the one of 30mm, the one of 20mm, and the one of 10mm. Through that, we can get five scales, and the rest stones with diameter higher than 40mm will be sent back for re-crushing. ?In addition, the powder with fineness lower than 10mm will be discharged from the screener, which can be transported directly to the storage yard.
