This is a 300L beer brewing kit, includes malt mill machinery, mash system, fermenting system, moveable CIP system, and cooling system. This microbrewery system is ideal for pubs, bars, and homebrewing.

The double roller mill machine is made of 304 stainless steel; its working efficiency is 200kg per hour, motor power is 3kW. The mill machine will be offered with a motor, belt, rollers, and other necessary accessories.

The main equipment of the mash system is the Mash and Lauter All-in-One Machine. The inner tank is made of 304 stainless steel, and the working capacity is 300L. 

2 Vessals Mash System 

The temperature of each fermentation tank can be controlled independently, therefore satisfy diversified requirements during the process of beer brewing. The capacity of the fermenters is 300L. Insulation thickness is from 50mm, inner tank thickness is 3mm, cladding is 2mm; with racking arm and discharge outlet; with sample valve, temperature probe, breath valve, etc.

The external surface of all tanks could be selected from oil milled, mirror polish, or red copper with mirror polish. All machinery and tanks will be delivered with the necessary accessories. 

 

Our cooling system mainly includes one glycol tank and one chiller. The material of the glycol tank is 304 stainless steel; capacity will be optimized according to the capacity of the mash tank. The insulation thickness of the glycol tank is from 50mm to 80mm, inner tank thickness is 2mm. The surface of the tank could be oil mill, mirror polish, and red copper with mirror polish as your requirement.
