Overview
In a fast changing and highly competitive TV market, operators and TV service providers must deliver access to content on all screens, anytime, anywhere, while also reducing complexity and driving efficiency across all platforms. This transcoder support decoding,transcoding,decoding all in one,it adopts the latest H.264 and H.265 image processing technology, it’s transcoding part support 9 channels 1080P@25fps(1 ch 4K@60FPS/2*4K@30FPS/4*1080P@60FPS), after changed the resolution and bit rate, output IP for transmission by HTTP RTSP UDP unicast RTP multicast RTP RTMP HLS, etc.
OTV-IPT9 can also decode online network video streams (such as: rtsp://.... http://.... rtmp://.... udp://@.... hls, etc.) to the device and then connect to a monitor or TV through HD MI output to restore the image.Besides it support 36 channels forwarding function,change the Ip protocol for IP transmission,it will not change the resolution,bitrate only change the IP protocol in forwarding function.
