Hongsai Series Advantage temperature control unit adopts new technology which uses silicone step control for accurate control and energy saving. This mold temperature controller has heating capacity control between 24kw to 36kw with accuracy of ±1°C.

1. Adopted microcomputer controller ,easy to operate. P.I.D. maintains an accuracy of ±1°C.
2. Adopted with high efficiency oil cycle pump, achieve precise temperature controller and high efficient heat exchange 
3. Multiple safety devices including high-pressure protection, overheat protection, inlet oil cooling protection function.
4. Adopts indirect cooling method,which makes temperature controller more precise and realizes fast heat exchange.
5. Sufficient safety protection and visible alarm, easy for maintenance
6. Isolated box type electric control provides long life time service.
