2. Introduction
Bow spring centralizers are used to help center the casing in wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around casing during cementing operations.
Single Piece Bow Spring Centralizer is designed for deviated and horizontal holes. The centralizer provides high restoring forces while keeping starting and running forces at or near 0 lbf. This minimizes drag during casing running and maximizes standoff during cementing operations.

Single Piece Bow Spring Centralizer provides flexibility of placement and ease of installation by trained installation technicians, and can be installed in a pipe/casing yard, at several Antelope facilities, or at most field locations if feasible. Design contributes proven and effective Restoring force / standoff in Under-Reamed Hole sections, while being able to compress and pass through narrow / close tolerance restriction sections, resulting in low Starting and Running forces. One-Piece design presents superior mechanical integrity, high yield and tensile strengths, and eliminates the potential failure of welds. Manufacturing cost is significantly lower, when compared to industry competitor offerings. Variety of designs allows for reciprocation and/or rotation of the casing string where applicable, and offers the ability to either pull-in or push-in, depending on the application. Slip-On design can accommodate virtually any casing weight, grade, and threaded connection types.
