Horizontal Ring Wrapping Machine, also known as a belt or reel wrapping machine, is a specialized packaging equipment designed to efficiently wrap round objects such as rolls, reels, or tubes into a compact, secure package. Control System

Ring rotating speed controlled by the inverter

Start and finish cycles are controlled by photocells

the wrapping layers, the wrapping cycles, and the time of top wrapping.  

4-8 programs can be set in the PLC system for different packing options.

The safety command can be added on the control program, add PLC extension module to ensure the safety of the machine.

The operating parameter can be set on touch screen, more convenient for operation.

Photo-eye will detect the height and length of the pallet automatically.

Air resource with single direction valve to stop air release when pressure not steady.

The driving speed of rotary ring, conveyor can be adjustable individually.

The wrapping machine is powered with no wrap/manual/automatic wrapping switch function, in order to ensure the better operating.

The machine is equipped with running warning light.
