Hydraulic system:
The hydraulic oil in oil tank goes into the oil route by motor which driving the high pressures pump. The oil goes into the oil cylinder through unilateral valve, high pressure oil filter, pressure difference valves group, servo valves. The computer sends signal to servo valve to control the open and direction of the servo valve. By this way, it can control the flux to the oil cylinder, and carry out the controlling of equal speed test load.

Control system:
The system consists of digital servo valve, high accuracy load cell, controller and software. This system can control the high accuracy and good reliability. It fits to the test method for cement, concrete in ASTM and ISO.

System Functions:
Load close-loop control.
Equal load speed, equal stress speed.
Electronic measure by computer, automatic test.
Calculate test result and print test report by computer.
Send test report to Excel automatic.
