Product Overview

Automatic Carton Packing Machine

The bottles are transported by conveyor, and be inspected and arranged according to the programmed process, after finishing complete carton arrangement, the cardboard supplying mechanism will send the send the cardboard into the machine, and the bottle dropping mechanism will drop the bottles into the cardboard, and than the cardboard folding mechanism will fold the cardboard, glue it and seal it step by step. The formed the carton will be send out of the machine by the roller, which improves the production efficiency and realize full automatic man-less production.

We can supply carton erector, packing and carton sealing(with glue or tape),one piece carton packing machine for option.

Carton Erector

1.It has the safety door switch protection device and the alarm function of missing adhesive tape.

2.Automatic warning if no carton and reminding replenish carton function, no tape alarm function.

3.The linear part of the mechanism is configured with linear shaft and linear bearing.

Automatic Carton Packing Machine(SNATCH AT)
