Structure and working principle of automatic fruit sorting machine
The machine consists of a frame, a drum (both ends of the stainless steel tube are sealed with engineering plastics), a waste fruit conveying device, a motor, a transmission system, and a tensioning device. During the conveying process of the machine, there are chains on both sides of the drum, the drum carries the raw material, the motor drives the chain to revolve, and the drum rotates on the frame due to the friction force between the two gears and the gasket. In this way, the raw materials are rolled 360° on the drum, which is convenient for workers to select the raw materials of fruits and vegetables. Unqualified raw materials can be placed in the waste fruit conveying area, fall forward with the conveyor belt into the waste hopper, and be transported out after collection. Qualified raw materials enter the next process from the discharge hopper.

Automatic fruit sorting machine installation, adjustment and operation
★ Install the equipment on a level ground (the feet of the machine are fixed with expansion screws);
★ Adjust the equipment to a level state (if it is not level, it needs to be leveled);
★ Cleaning inside and outside the machine;
★ Add lubricating oil with the specified label according to the operation manual of the reducer;
★ Add grease to each bearing;
★ Adjust the tensioning device to make the conveyor belt in ideal working condition;
★ After the power is turned on, the steering meets the logistics requirements;
★ Adjust the inverter parameters so that the machine can reach the line speed required by the process.
