Introduction of tubular uht sterilizer:
UHT high temperature instantaneous sterilizer is widely used in the sterilization of milk, fruit juice, tea drinks and other products. UHT sterilizer integrates heating, sterilization, cooling and heat recovery. The touch screen displays real-time production data online. This equipment is suitable for continuous sterilization of fruit and vegetable juice, tea beverage, milk beverage or similar materials. It can carry out high-temperature instantaneous sterilization of materials and rapid sterilization in a very short time, so as to ensure that the nutritional components of materials are not damaged and lost, and the product color is not changed.
The main body of HT high temperature instantaneous sterilizer is divided into: hot and cold material heat recovery section, preheating section, sterilization temperature holding section and cooling section. The whole sterilization process is fully automatic control, and the sterilization temperature can be flexibly set on the man-machine interface. The fluctuation of temperature difference between upper and lower sterilization temperature during production shall not exceed 0.5 ℃ Equipped with pressure multifunctional tank, it can buffer material and material reflux during production, and can be used as CIP cleaning tank after production.
Process parameters:
1) 5℃→65℃(homogenizer)→95℃(30S)→138℃(4S)→25℃, for aseptic filling.
2) 5℃→65℃(homogenizer)→115℃/125℃(5-15S)→88℃-90℃, for hot filling.
3) 5℃→65℃(homogenizer)→115℃/125℃(5-15S)→75℃-78℃, for middle temperature filling.
Machine features:
1. Except for motors, electrical appliances and soft connections, they are made of high- quality stainless steel 304 or 316L.
2. It is equipped with CIP / SIP system. The pipeline is sterilized before production and then sterilized at 125 ℃.
3. The product is a control system composed of man-machine interface and PLC, which is easy to operate.
4. All joints and connection points of sterilizer pipeline are provided with aseptic protection to strictly ensure product quality.
5. With its own heat recovery system, it can save more than 30% energy compared with the same type of equipment in the industry.
