Safe system for wire drawing machinery

1.The protection shield start, the limit start functions for the to-length not reset, the air pressure not enough and the by-brake not reset (when protection shield opens, the equipment is at inching status)

2.Auto stop for wire breaking off, and ensure not wire confusion.  

3.EMG pull rope switch can realize the rapid stop easily and quickly.  

4.Mushroom buttons are arranged on main pulpit, taking-in and paying-off machines, EMG time ≤5S (quick stop ≤15S, normal stop≤30S).

Functional description：

1.The basic functions can be completed on drawer:single positive inching, left linkage inching, right linkage inching, single negative inching, left (right) linkage running, stop, as well as the tension adjustment of tune roller, die box and the adjustment of drum cooling water volume.

2.On the pulpit, the following functions can be completed：

G. start, G. stop, EMG stop, accelerate, decelerate, failure indicate, meter counting reset.
