JJ Crystallizing Tank can be manufactured by SS304, SS316L, Titanium, Hastelloy, PTFE lined or other materials. Its inside wall is treated with electrolytic mirror polishing or mechanical polishing while its outside wall uses SS304 full-welding structure, and its outside surface is treated with mirror polishing or matte polishing.0.2μm water delivery ventilation filter is installed on the crystallization tank. The crystallization tank can endure 121℃ high temperature sterilization, equipped with sanitary pressure meter. The outside connection of the tank uses sanitary rapid open connector. The crystallization tank is equipped with temperature monitoring device, 2 sight mirrors, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet. The shaft seal uses special sanitary mechanical seal to protect the materials from pollution. The crystallization tank can use frequency conversion speed control device, then the rotation speed of mixing shaft has a wide adjustment range.
