1. Bearer function

- In lifts, rack square steel is an important part of the transmission system. It converts the power of the motor into the up and down movement of the elevator car by meshing with the gear. Due to the good strength and stiffness of 45# steel, it can stably support the weight of the elevator car and the cargo or personnel it carries, ensuring accurate docking at different height positions.

2. Transmission accuracy

- The rack machined on the square steel needs to be precisely matched with the gear. 45# steel is easy to be machined into high-precision tooth shape, and in the long-term use process, its dimensional stability is good, and it is not easy to affect the transmission accuracy due to temperature changes or force deformation. This helps to achieve the smooth and accurate operation of the lift, reduce shaking and errors, and improve ride comfort and work efficiency.

3. Durability

- The working environment of the lift may be complex and may face dust, oil and a certain degree of wear and tear. The good wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 45# steel (after proper surface treatment, such as galvanized, etc.) can extend the service life of rack square steel, reduce maintenance costs, and reduce the downtime caused by component damage.
