Canned sardine is a common canned food, production process is complex, rare food, mostly for factory production flow. Sardines are typically tightly packed in a small can which is scored for easy opening, either with a pull tab (similar to how abeverage can is opened), or with a key attached to the side of the can. Thus, it has the benefit of being an easily portable, nonperishable, self-contained food.

The raw fish our factory adopted are all more than 10 centimeters long, and the hygienic quality is strictly in line with the relevant provisions of the GB2733-94 hygienic standards for marine fish. The salt quality is in conformity with the relevant provisions of GB5461, salt concentration of 10 Baume, saline for 10-20 minutes, saline and fish piece weight ratio is 1:1. After salting, rinse with water, drain, and then carry out a series of processes, such as canning and dehydration.

Sardines are rich in phospholipid fatty acids, protein and calcium OMEGA-3. Phospholipids have a beneficial effect on fetal brain development. OMEGA-3 fatty acids have a protective effect on cardiovascular health. According to the American Cardiovascular Association's Web site, this special fatty acid reduces triglyceride production and has a magical effect on lowering blood pressure and slowing atherosclerosis. Sardines also contains a lot of calcium, especially in fish. Canned sardines fish is soft, safe to eat.
