Taking T/C or 100% cotton cloth as the substrates , applying HDPE or LDPE hot-melt adhesives as the fusing medium through the new and modern coating process, HONGSHENG produces high level and qualified collar interlinings for men’s and women’s shirts and for Arabian gown. Under certain conditions we could match different outer fabric with suitable interlinings for the shirts of different levels. And the excellent hand feel and appearance will not be damaged by repeated laundry. The shrinkage matches with the national standard through strict quality control. The shirts can keep its durability for a long time due to the very good resistance property of HDPE and LDPE to the laundry. The interlining can completely fused together with the outer fabric through the high fusing temperature, thus avoids the bubbles or peeling away between the interlining and outer fabric during the washing. We are able to fit the need of requirements of different fabrics of different levels for the collar interlining.
