Diamond Mesh Adhesive DMD Paper (also known as Diamond Point-Line DMD Insulation Paper) is an advanced three-layer composite insulating material. It is composed of a polyester film core material and a polyester fiber non-woven fabric. The high dielectric strength DMD insulating material is coated with a specially modified epoxy resin with diamond patterns during the B-level curing process. The reliable electrical grid connection DMD is classified as F-level insulating material and can maintain stable performance at a continuous working temperature of up to 155°C, making it an ideal choice for high-reliability electrical insulation. DMD (Dacron-Mylar-Dacron) is a three-layer composite insulating material widely used in electrical equipment. It consists of two layers of non-woven polyester fibers (Dacron) and one layer of polyester film in the middle (Mylar), and is bonded by a thermosetting adhesive.
